Terms of Service

Passport is operated by Traveldele ("Traveldele", "we", "us"). Your Passport account is your Traveldele account, so these terms apply alongside any terms shown on other Traveldele services.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse check-ins, or put other travelers or partners at risk.

Badges and verified visits are earned by checking in on site at participating places. You agree not to fake, share, resell or automate check-in codes, or report visits you did not make.

Stamps you add from your own records, including scanned passport stamps, are shown as self-reported until confirmed and are never treated as partner verification.

Points, badges and levels have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted if they were earned in error or by misuse.

You keep ownership of the photos, stories, lists and other content you post. You give Traveldele a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and adapt that content to operate and promote Passport, limited by the visibility settings you choose.

Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or that reveals someone else's private information.

We may remove content that breaks these terms. You can delete your content at any time.

Places, events and experiences on Passport are run by independent partners. They are responsible for their services, prices and safety.

Purchases, deals and bookings are processed by the Traveldele Platform and its payment providers. Any extra terms shown at checkout, including cancellation and refund rules, apply to that purchase.

Referral links and ambassador programs are subject to their own program terms. Commissions, if any, are calculated and paid by the Traveldele Platform, not by Passport, and only on eligible, completed transactions.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with Passport, access other people's accounts, or use Passport to send spam or break the law.

Passport uses services such as maps, sign-in providers and payment processors. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

Passport is provided "as is". Travel information, opening hours, prices and advisories can change and may be inaccurate. Always check before you travel. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Traveldele is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the acts of partners or other travelers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

We may update Passport and these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can stop using Passport and delete your account at any time from Settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Consumer rights you have under your local law are not affected.
